Yukon Gold:

Yukon Gold is an early season potato that’s good for growing in short season areas. Tubers are oval to round, with shallow eyes that can have a pink tint when first harvested, thin and smooth golden skin, and finely textured and dry yellow flesh. Good for cooking in all types of recipes and also stores well without sprouting. Renowned for its buttery flavor, it features some disease resistance to Potato Virus A and leaf roll. Bushy green tops will grow 1–3 tall and spread out over a 2 foot area.

Kennebec:

This short oval potato with smooth pale yellow skin, shallow eyes, and white flesh can be used for fries, hash browns and many other uses even without peeling. Kennebec, one of the best keepers, is resistant to blight and mosaic, late blight, and net necrosis. The heavy yields of dependably large potatoes on most soils makes this a great potato.

Red LaSoda:

Originating in Louisiana during the 1940s, this high-yielding, red-skinned, waxy potato has become a quintessential choice for southern gardeners. Red La Soda Potatoes exhibit heat and drought tolerance and thrive in diverse soil conditions.
