Yukon Gold:
Yukon Gold is an early season potato that’s good for growing in short season areas. Tubers are oval to round, with shallow eyes that can have a pink tint when first harvested, thin and smooth golden skin, and finely textured and dry yellow flesh. Good for cooking in all types of recipes and also stores well without sprouting. Renowned for its buttery flavor, it features some disease resistance to Potato Virus A and leaf roll. Bushy green tops will grow 1–3′ tall and spread out over a 2 foot area.
